You can Exchange unopened items in the original packaging within 14 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. All Items that are in stock will ship in 1-3 business days after purchase.
Custom orders will ship within 1-3 weeks unless otherwise specified. We will email you with tracking information when your order has been sent.
All backorder stock due to high demand will take 4-6 weeks to be shipped out.

Signature is required upon delivery. ORLY Jewellers is not responsable for lost shipments when tracking states that the item has been delivered. Orly Jewellers is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to the customer not being available for signature upon arrival, or due to any unforeseen weather or technical issue within the shipping company. If your package is sent back to Orly Jewellers for any reason, you will be subject to paying for the re-shipment of your order and that amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
