Shipping & Returns

ONLINE Return Policy:

We are confident you will be happy and love your Orly Jewellers Purchase. However We accept Returns. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 7 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 7 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

 

Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include

  1. Personalized Items (Engravings,Initial collection Special Sizing)
  2. On Sale Items
  3. Special orders
  4. All Ring Purchases

 

IN STORE RETURN POLICY: 

All Items purchased in store are Non Refundable however are Exchangeable for 30 Days after purchase date as long as item is.

  • Unopened and in its original package
  • No sign of wear
  • Receipt of purchase is presented

Shipping & Handling:

All Items are shipped using Canada Post, UPS or FedEx

As of now we only ship to Canada, Unites States Of America and Europe.

All Items that are in stock will ship in 1-3 business days after purchase.

Custom orders will ship within 1-3 weeks unless otherwise specified. We will email you with tracking information when your order has been sent.

All backorder stock due to high demand will take 4-6 weeks to be shipped out.

If your order is a rush, please email us at orders@orlyjewellers.com and we will do our best to fulfill the request. 

Signature is required upon delivery. Orly Jewellers is not responsable for lost shipments when tracking states that the item has been delivered. Orly Jewellers is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to the customer not being available for signature upon arrival, or due to any unforeseen weather or technical issue within the shipping company. If your package is sent back to Orly Jewellers for any reason, you will be subject to paying for the re-shipment of your order and that amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
