ONLINE ORDERS RETURN POLICY 

 

REGULAR PRICED ITEMS

May be returned up to 7 Days following the date of delivery.

Your items must meet the following conditions:

  • Be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition
  • Be returned with original tags and packaging

      HOW TO RETURN

      STEP 1 RA Number (also known as RMA)

      Before sending merchandise back, you must request a Return Authorization number via email at orders@orlyjewellers.com

      Once received please mark this number on the outside of the box with a pen or marker.

      (Canadian Customers: Please Disregard the next Step 2)

      STEP 2  How to fill in the customs document

      Please write "CANADIAN GOODS RETURNING" as the reason of export the commercial invoice.

      Without this, the return may not be successful or you will incur additional fees. 

      Mark the value as $80 CAD

      STEP 3  Shipping Address

      All returned merchandise must be shipped by the LOCAL POSTAL SERVICE (USPS, Canada Post) with live tracking number

      WHEN WILL YOU BE REFUNDED

      A refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving your return.

      In order to make an exchange, purchase the desired item and return the one you would like to return for a refund, if applicable.

       

       

      IN STORE RETURN POLICY 

      All Items purchased in store are Non Refundable however are Exchangeable for 30 Days after purchase date as long as item is.

      • Unopened and in its original package
      • No sign of wear
      • Receipt of purchase is presented
